Suddenly Sunday!

Suddenly Sunday is a weekly event hosted by Svea @ The Muse in the Fog Book Review. The purpose of Suddenly Sunday is to share all the exciting events that have occurred on your blog throughout the week. If you would like to participate, just grab the button and link back here.
------------

This is going to be another quick Suddenly Sunday post since there is still so much to do before Christmas! We are going out of town tomorrow morning, so this is my last chance to finish wrapping those pesky presents, and bake yummy treats with my daughter; we are going to be making gingerbread men and a Polar Express cake :)

Even though the past week has been beyond hectic, and we have all been sick, I managed to read a total of 5 books!
  • The Oracle Glass by Judith Merkle Riley
  • Ruins of Lace by Iris Anthony
  • The Shadowy Horses by Susanna Kearsley
  • The Second Empress by Michelle Moran
  • The King's Damsel by Kate Emerson

The past week has been focused on The Silent Night Read-a-thon, so there aren't any reviews to recap today, but this week will be focused on reviewing the 5 books I read for the read-a-thon. If you would like to read the wrap-up post you may view it here: Silent Night Wrap-up Post.

Be sure you check out my latest international giveaway:

Until next time, happy reading
and happy holidays!

Hope you had a wonderful Christmas, Svea, and are enjoying your trip.

I saw that I won on the read-a-thon wrap-up post. Wow! I'm thrilled. I didn't see an email from you. Hope I didn't miss it. I know you're probably just waiting until you get back and that's fine. No hurry, no worries. LOL! Oh, and thanks, by the way.
