Good morning! Where has the time gone? I just realized Christmas is only 8 days away... I suddenly have so much to do, lol. Even though I came down sick in the middle of last week, I could not be happier since I'm officially done with the Fall semester. My little one isn't on Christmas vacation until Friday, so I am looking forward to reading a lot for the Silent Night Read-a-thon this week. Besides taking finals and being sick, my daughter and I went to see the Nutcracker this weekend. This was her first time seeing it in person (she is 5), and she absolutely loved it. It was so heartwarming to see her try and imitate the dancers during the performance and then dancing around with her nutcracker afterwards!

One of the most exciting events currently running on the blog is the First Annual Silent Night Read-a-thon! It's running through December 22nd, and you can join at any time. There is also a giveaway being held for those who participate! All you have to do is post about the read-a-thon on your blog, or facebook if you want to participate but do not have a blog.
