Fall Into Reading 2010

Fall into Reading is hosted by Callapidder days and will run from September 22 - December 20th 2010. All you need to do is create a list of books you wish to read this fall. It does not mater what length it is or if you change up the list as you go.

I am going to be reading anyway, so I figured what's another event to participate in!
Here is my list so far:

  1. The Secret Eleanor by Cecelia Holland
  2. His Last Letter
  3. Dracula, My Love
  4. Captive Queen by Barbra Kyle
  5. The Pindar Diamond
  6. Confessions of Catherine De Medici by C.W. Gortner
  7. For the King's Favor by Elizabeth Chadwick
  8. No Will but His by Sara Hoyt
  9. The Last Prince of Mexico
  10. Poison, A Novel of the Renaissance by Sara Poole
  11. The Queen's Daughter by Susan Coventry
  12. Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabledon
  13. The Mischief of the Mistletoe by Lauren Willig
  14. Dangerous to Know by Tasha Alexander
  15. The Princeling by Cynthia Harrod Eagles
  16. Elizabeth, Captive Princess by Margaret Irwin
  17. By Fire By Water by Mitchell Kaplan
  18. Emma and the Vampires
  19. Rude Awakenings of a Jane Austen Addict
  20. The Lady's Slipper by Deborah Swift
  21. The Red Queen by Phillipa Gregory
  22. The Kings Grace by Anne Easter Smith
  23. Penelope's Daughter by Laurel Corona
More to follow I'm sure!

Thanks for including my book on your list. I'll go away and try to cram my to-be-read pile into a manageable 25 for starters. Five of yours are on my pile!

That's quite a list! Are you reading or rereading Dragonfly in Amber--it was my least favorite of the series the first time I read it, but liked it much better the second time.

I'm mid-way through listening to Rude Awakenings and it's really fun.

Enjoy your Fall reading.

Deborah- You're quite welcome! I am looking forward to reading it :)

Cleverly Linked- Indeed it is! And the scary thing is I have way more on my TBR pile!

JaneGS- Yeah, after I made the list I realized just how large it was lol. I took a blogging/reading break during the summer so I have a bit to catch up on.

This will be my first read through Dragonfly in Amber, I read Outlander last winter and really enjoyed it!

Glad to know Rude Awakenings is entertaining, I have been looking forward to starting it :)

Muse - I hope you enjoy Dragonfly in Amber (you know I love the whole series). Did you know I went to AZ this summer and met Diana Gabaldon? I posted about it on my blog, but since you took a blogging break this summer, you might have missed it. I met Lauren Willig, too, and actually got to sit and chat with Lauren about books, books, books! She's a sweetheart!

Enjoy your fall reading! Looks fabulous!

Joanne- What an exciting trip that must have been! I will have to check out that blog post of yours. That is SO awesome you were able to chat with Lauren... I absolutely love her books!!!

Great list (and very happy my Penelope's Daughter is on it!) You gave me some great ideas for my own reading list. The only one I have read, By Fire, By Water, is a winner.

Laurel- I just received your book today! Definitely looking forward to it :) So happy I could assist in your reading list!

Love your list! Historical fiction is my favorite genre to both read and to write.
