Suddenly Sunday

Since The Sunday Salon is closed to new members, I have created my own weekly event of Suddenly Sunday! Feel free to join in the fun, just link back to this blog :)

It's Sunday! I would wish you all good morning but it is now 1:55pm here in California, so I wish you all good afternoon and I hope your Sunday has been pleasant so far :) This morning was quite fun with my little girl, she loved looking for Easter eggs; and as I predicted, she dropped them in the basket resulting in many cracked eggs...at least they will be easier to peel huh?! It is almost time to put the ham in the oven, an oh my gosh...I just remembered I need to make the cheesecake! Well I guess this will be a shorter Suddenly Sunday then I thought lol :)

This week was quite busy so I was only able to post one review:

I was very excited about my mailbox this week! Two books arrived for review:

There are some great things going on here at Confessions & Ramblings of a Muse in the Fog! An exciting giveaway will be announced, my review of Mistress of Rome followed by an interview with its author Kate Quinn.

Another exciting event is starting over at HFBRT on April 6th. This week it is "The Claude & Camille Event" which will be focusing on Stephanie Cowell's lovely new novel Claude and Camille. I have had the pleasure of reading this exciting novel and can tell you this will be an event you wont want to miss. I am also looking forward to participating in Stephanie's blog tour in May which she will stop by my blog for a delightful guest post, so be sure to keep a look out for more details as May approaches!

And now for some completely exciting news... I am now a Royal Reviewer at the wonderful blog Royal Reviews

I am so excited about being apart of such a great and informative book review blog. My first review should go up this week, so be sure to look for my reviews :)

Have a wonderful week everyone & happy reading!

Oh, I love Jean Plaidy(and all her pseudonyms) and was so happy when they finally started reissuing all of her novels again. I can't wait for the reviews!

You have a beautiful blog here! The pictures are a delight.

Happy reading to you, too. I'm current out of any good fiction to read, so I'm off to the library tomorrow in search of something new.

It's good to see another familiar face over at Royal Reviews - love your avatar by the way!

My daughter sent me the new Plaidy's the other day for my birthday - can't wait to read them.
